Six new pyridine derivates have been added to cluster #15. They are all multi-functioned derivatives of known Anti-Microbial compounds. Two are halogenated at position 2 (GL-1236, GL-1244), one product is a chloromethyl derivate (GL-1247), and three of them are isonicotinic acid derivatives (GL-1237, GL-1238, GL-1245) |

We have added three selectively protected ethylene diamine derivatives (GL -1232, GL -1233, GL-1235) and two new protected alpha-amino-nitriles. (GL -1230, GL -1234) as well as one hydroxyl-amine derivate (GL-1229) |

| Pharmacology standards |

To address the need for pharmacology standard for some of the hot but lesser known areas of research, we have synthesized seven bioactive anti-inflammatory agents (GL-1252, GL-1256), one of them being an 11ß-HSD inhibitor (GL-1253). Dorsomorphin (GL-1258) is the first known small molecule inhibitor of BMP (Bone Morphogenetic Protein) signaling, and its intermediate (GL-1257, ref: P. B. Yu et al, Nature Chem. Biol.; 4, 33-41, 2008).We offer a CNS active product (GL-1255, butethal, US. Pat. 1,609,520 (1926)), and a cardiovascular (anti-arrhytmic) drug (GL-1250, restacorin, ref.: Y. S. Tuininga et al; Int. J. Clin. Pharmacol. Ther.; 32(6), 278-81, 1994). |

| We have synthesized ten novel products with likely anti-microbial activity (GL-1225-GL-1228, GL-1239, GL-1240), one building block of an 11ß-HSD inhibitor (GL-1231), two 4-amino-pyrimidine derivatives (GL-1248, GL-1254) and a substituted indane (GL-1249). |
